Diabetes Education Program

Are you battling diabetes and trying to get your blood sugar levels under control? Or, do you have questions about insulin and the appropriate levels? Heritage Victor Valley Medical Group is now offering a Diabetes Education Program, led by Registered Nurse, Susannah Meehan.

Susannah has been a part of the Heritage team for the past 2 years, and her newest venture is heading the Diabetes Education Program that is offered to all Heritage patients. Susannah loves the work that she does and is proud to work in a field where she gets to help people on a daily basis!
